If ticked, a vehicle charges at its own site while being loaded — that costs no extra time, and an ERS vehicle then draws only as much from the catenary as cannot be topped up at the depot afterwards. If not ticked, a vehicle that lacks charge for its next tour has to stand and charge before departure.

Charged or refuelled away from base — breaks, charging stops, night rests en route. ERS is the catenary tariff while driving.

One price for BEV and ERS alike: at base both draw from the same connection. Applies to energy taken while the vehicle stands at its own facility between tours.

Applies to the battery / ERS-technology share of each group's annuity. A vehicle keeps the annuity of its purchase year for its whole life (vintage-locked).
